Return & Refund Policy

Print-on-Demand Notice All Mad Medic Apparel products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review our size guides before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right. Please contact us at support@madmedicapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund.

Lost Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner. If the order is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items Because all products are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size or colour ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and contact us to discuss your situation — we'll do our best to help.
