Processing Time All Mad Medic Apparel products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Free Shipping We periodically offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
International Orders & Customs Mad Medic Apparel ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@madmedicapparel.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been submitted to our fulfillment partner. Mad Medic Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
